Flower & Gift Delivery Information

Orders will be delivered only to Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City.
How To Place An Order
1. Select an item that want to buy, click "Add to Cart" button.
2. Your shopping cart informtion will be displayed.
a. Check the remove box associate with unwanted item(s)
b. Click links on the left-hand side, if you continue shopping
c. Click "Checkout" button, if you're ready to pay
3. Sign In Your Account
a. If you already have an account with FlowersToSaigon.com and have yet signed in, fill in your email address and the password. Click "SIGN ME IN" button.
b. If you've yet had an account with FlowersToSaigon.com, please create one by click the "REGISTER" button below. Please compelete the form.
4. Payment/Delivery Information
a. Fill in your and the recipient information
b. Click "Continue" button when your're done
5. Proceed To Pay
Please read and click "Online Payment" button
Placing Your Order
If you order by 2:30 pm (Vietnam time), we can deliver the flowers the same day. When orders are received after 2:30 pm (Vietname time), we will do our best to get your order prepared and delivered that day, but if we cannot, we will deliver the following day.
Specific Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a 4 hour time frame. At the time of order, please include a time frame for delivery in the special instruction box.
During major holidays such as New Year Celebrations, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day our florists operate extended hours.
Funerals
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements.
Canceling an Order
All order cancellations must be received at least 12 hours prior to the estimated delivery time. Please contact us at 905-712-2981 as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
All shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Recipient's Information
Please double check the recipient's name, address and phone number before processing to pay.
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift.
Delivery Instructions
If you prefer your order delivered on a specific date, when ordering, please specify the delivery date in the Instructions section prior to making your payment.
Delivery Status
A delivery notification will be sent to you after the order is delivered along with a picture of the person receiving your gift.
